Do you know a good website for photo editor?

A really good website, that you dont need to pay/download. i already have picnik.com but i want sumtin more, becuase i have a photo in black and white that i want to make like my shirt a different color...can someone plz tell me a good site???

I don't think you can actually do that online. You could download paint.net . It's very easy to set up and use. I use it all the time and it it's very effective.

A very good Photo-Editing software available is Adobe PhotoShop, but only a 30-day trial for PhotoShop is available for free. To try it out go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads

A free alternative to PhotoShop is GIMP. While it is as powerful as PhotoShop, it's a bit harder to use. If you can't get your head around it, check some tutorials on YouTube:

Actually there is no website for photo editing. you can edit photos  in Picasa software.
