not really, i've never been in sacramento.

Well if you are talking about before a game you can have them listen to some music and get the beat going in their bumps, sets, spike and serves. Or you can have them run for a little while chanting a song. That always made my team Up and ready for a game in high school.

If you are talking about moths before send them to a camp or a leauge. Have them do some fun activiteis with serveing and bumping where they can probably win prizes to make them try even harder. Have them aim for a certain target and stuff to help.

p*****n usually your only option is clinics and camps. There are a number of 12 & U Club Volleyball teams. If you live in sacramento I would start by checking out the Northern California Volleyball Association. You can look at their site here:
