Do you know a site where they show you how to draw clothes for fictional characters?

No, but I can tell you how to do it the old fashioned way. The way we did it before computers and such!  If you already have a picture or drawing of the character, tape it on a glass window or door window with masking tape. Next lay a piece of tracing paper or other lightweight copy paper  over the drawing and masking tape that to the window on the top 2 corners. With a No, 2 pencil, sharp point, trace over the drawing and add your own line drawing of clothes over the figure. Take the traced drawing off the window and on a flat surface add details to the clothing. Erase carefully any lines you don't want and go over the detailing lines with a fine point black sharpee marker (pen), including the figure inside the clothing.
