Do you know a social service thet helps pay the lights ?

My mother found an apartment and the lights are off. So we need a service to turn on the lights real quick?

welfare(public asst office) ,, some churches have social service services ,, salvation army ,, county welfare has addresses for others also ,, also talk to electric company they know who can help ,, good luck

Salvation Army.  They offer more services than you would ever imagine they are too many to list.  but lights ABSOLUTELY
