we have plenty of sources of this vitamin in Egypt .

  5. I just answered this Q to show  the illusion of Chrome as one answerer said, not only it has no effect in losing fat, but actually it could be dangerous,,

    ,, now  ur Q  : Any antioxidant  vitamin , mineral, herb  ..etc will do that of course,,  the list is not small

    1) Vitamin C of course/E/A.....

    2)    Coenzyme Q10    AND THAT  is not a vitamin but mix of vitamin c and vitamin E with a fixed  ratios,

    3) Melatonin (not a vitamin)  (Rice helps the production of it,, it help to have a calm sleeping,  we are a nation which produces/eats rice a lot (that is why we used to sleep alot before the existence of Macdonald, and Hardees...etc  lol..

    4)L-carnetine   (not  a vitamin-just a kind of amino acid  **** we call that VITAMIN B20*****) from the amino acids lysine or methionine. Vitamin C,, it is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (or fats) for the generation of metabolic energy   hahahah Al kepda al askandarani (liver ) is rich of that,,  (again is not really a way yo lose weight,, but it helps a little)

    To slim down the body, we have to activate certain cells which are  designed to burn, too bad in our  bodies we can have   4 times the cells which  encourage the  storage of  fat than the cells which  encourage burning  it .. some have even 8 times....the L- carnetine do a small role in that ,,,but again '' calories  intake must be less than out take ''

    Of course, there are 100 products which are  promoted to lose weight, white, green, normal tea,vitamins  herbs  GH ......etc

    The only correct/sure  way to slim down simply is less food and more effort,, in a scientific word....Calories intake is less than calories outtake ( average is 2000kc/day)    emmm,, simple ha?all the rest is just a c**p    lol

    As for Egypt and vitamins,,,well , it will be not different than others of course, , Egypt is famous for  Guava , orange , lemon, Dates, *****POMEGRANATE  (widely used now worldwide for its benifits vit: c vit: b , tannins  : widespread root for "pomegranate" comes from the Ancient Egyptian rmn, from which derive the Hebrew rimmôn, and Arabic rummân

    .... those are good sources for vitamin C,,, but lots of other countries are famous also for  the same and you can add kiwi, avocado...etc,

    There is an Arabic saying, (do not remember who said it)

    ( I was wondering how come the Egyptians can get sick and they have Onion, Garlic , and Orange,,,,) or something like that..

    edit: if they discover any substance which can slim down the body, without sporting  and with  normal eating ,, it will be worth more than diamonds,, all what said is just a c**p, the effect is very very tiny,, Maybe , I believe a little in xenical but it is a life -time drug, if you stop it you will be the same in a month,, and you can also adapt to it, (by increasing your calories intake that it will not give any result what so ever,,hahah)

  6. Not vitamin but mineral and it's chromium, it increases sugar burning by increasing efficiency of insulin.

  7. No. I would be skeptical if someone made such a claim. Well, I have heard of some natural products that supress appetite, like Hoodia, but I didn't think that was considered a vitamin.
