 Yes, John Piper is the pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He wrote a book called Desiring God many years ago. Since then the title, Desiring God, has become the name of the ministry lead by him. Go check it out, it's fantastic! http://desiringgod.org
