Do you know about Italy?

Is there a green card thee? Is It cheaper place/life to live there?I want anybody who lives there to contact me thanks.

Italy's "green card" is called the "permesso di soggiorno". You have to have a job before you arrive: the bureaucracy is horrendous.  You might be able to work as an au pair, if that's your thing.

Italy is generally quite expensive; the only thing that's cheap compared to North America is the wine.

There is no green card but unless you are an EU citizen it is difficult to get into and it is a fairly expensive country.
