Do you know about Prince Tommy and his sister Suzanne in Africa?

Does anybody know about Prince Tommy in Africa? my friend went for a holiday overseas and she said she met Prince Tommy of Africa, and that she met him in the Street when she went out shopping, I was just wondering if this Prince Tommy is a con artist since no Prince will admit to a stranger that he's a Prince. I'm a bit worried coz who knows if this person (Prince Tommy) is a criminal and wants to befriend with my friend. How can my friend find out that Prince Tommy is a real one not a hoaks. I have told my friend to be careful with this people coz who knows what their motives are. Grateful for your help.
