I met a persian person once, and she made my dad and i dinner. the only thing that i really remember is she made A TON of food. like no joke 10 different dishes and in VERY large portions. Thats all i remember though sorry!

I just yesterday sent a Persian Recipe Book back to my local library, I love the look of the Jewelled rice dishes and the safron chicken, the salads are amazing!  I think I would like to eat and cook more of it,
