  1. i have one of those....i think it is a canada coin...25 cents

  2. It says "Bermuda" - that means it comes from the country of Bermuda, an island chain in the Atlantic Ocean, off the east coast of the USA.

It says "twenty-five cents".  It's a Bermuda 25 cents coin.

It says "2000".  It's a Bermuda 25 cents coin minted in or near the year 2000, and bearing that date.

The Bermuda dollar is not traded outside of Bermuda, but within Bermuda, it's tied to the value of the US Dollar, so its worth whatever the equivalent of 25 US cents buys within Bermuda:

Its numismatic value to coin collectors is likely nominal, unless it's in as-minted, Brilliant Uncirculated condition, in which case the World Coin Gallery website suggests a value of $1.50 (see the KM #110 line in the values table):

In practice, however, coins similar to this one often sell for just a nominal sum - in the pennies - when included in bulk lots of modern world coins on eBay. This one might sell for a bit more, as Bermuda coins generally have relatively low mintages, and bird coins (this one has the national bird, the White-tailed Tropicbird; aka Bermuda Longtail) are sometimes of interest to topical collectors.
