NO, infact most International organizations are pulling their funding from the FYROM due to the poor display of not being able to conduct free elections and the country being over-riden by violence and corruption.... this is unfortunate because the FYROM is in dire need of peace since it may once again be on the brink of civil war because of mistreatment of its minorities
