Here's a good, complete info site on the Vercors in English:

Then if you want detailed information on any particular town, search for:

"Syndicat d'initiative [+ town name]" or

"Office du Tourisme [+ town name]" and you'll get loads of info; Most of these sites have an English version.

The official tourism website is here: http://www.ot-lans-en-vercors.fr/ but it does not have an English version (they're working on it).
