Do you know any 2 year olds having nightmares,and if so what do you do about it?

my girlfriend's son has been having trouble sleeping and she thinks it's nightmares

yes my son had nightmares at that age it was quite frighting at first as he would be yelling and running around the place he is 6 now and still does sometimes i just hold him on my lap and comfort him it usually works

My 2 yr old has them.  He wakes up in the middle of the night crying.  We usually rub his back and talk/sing him back to sleep.  Comforts him and makes him fall right back down
