That is is tough one!  There is a Brazilian place in Adam's Morgan on Columbia called the Grille From Impenina!

In Rockville there is El Patio, just off of Wisconsin, is nothing fancy, but the food was very authentic. It's kind of a Latin American-deli atmosphere with fair prices and a clientele that appeared largely to be Argentinian.
