  1. I don't remember the name at the moment. But it starts with a Z. Its right at the intersection of Dufferin and Steeles. Its a buffet, good food too.

  2. Obviously the first fellow does know his areas of T.O, I am a former chef, and in downtown it would be advisable to look on College between Bathurst and Landsdowne, I have not been there in a few years.

I am not sure about"buffet" style places, a "Hot Table" style place were it made and you pick it up, is one I do know there are in that area, Pizza Hut used to have a lunch one, but that is not the time of day your going, downtown most of the buffet places are either Chinese or Indian.

  3. Yes, and very good too,

Frankie Tomatoes is  just North of Steeles, on  Woodbine (drive north on the DVP / hwy 404 to the Steeles exit, then continue north, and watch for a leaning tower of Pisa on the right side)

  4. Wish I knew this when I went to Toronto in November...grrrrrrr.......lol

Food prices were a killer. Everything so expesive. 3 slices of pizza and a coke were $12.50

Can get a whole pizza at home for 9 bucks.
