Do you know any colleges with good foriegn exchange programs?

Most colleges these days have a variety of study abroad opportunities, including exchange programs.  Usually, though, the exchange type of programs require fluency, or very near that, in a language.  I know that the programs my students have really enjoyed have been those from Syracuse University.  They offer a lot of programs in many different countries, and they run them really well.  They are among the more expensive programs, but definitely worth it.  I should add that you don't need to be a Syracuse student in order to be part of these programs.
