Uromastyx, the one I have is called a Mali Uromastyx. There are several other species.

my dictionary only had a unicorn that I could find, but I think there are some kind of deer-like animals in Africa that start with a U.  I used to have a book with an animal for each letter of the alphabet but cannot remember what it could be.

How about an underdog.......lol?
