Do you know any good Couscous recipes?

I've never had Couscous before but would like to try it. If you have a good recipe can you please share it with me?

Couscous is very versatile and tastes great. You just add some broth to it, wait 5 minutes and fluff with a fork. I like to add some chopped onions, parsley and if you have any, some saffron, just a pinch. After you try it the first time, you then can get a s creative as you want with couscous.
