Do you know any good & affordable design schools in any country, which accept foreign students?

I'm a West African with a limited budget andI desperately need to know where Icanstudy for a degree in Graphic Design (or a related course outside my country). plus- I'm 27 years old. Please help!!!!

If you've limited budget, why not study in South Africa or within your own country?

I'm sure there are some college/uni. that offers that course.
