cafemom.com is great. But its not exactly a chat room, but more of a forum where you can join groups that appeal to you. There are groups for people who are due in the same month you are and stuff! Its a great way to make connections and to ask questions and stuff!

Not neccesarily, but I know of some good pregnancy message boards, the best ones I have found are at ivillage.com, int he pregnancy parenting message board area, you can find the expectant group that is due when you are and all experiencing the same things, ask questions, build frienships, and give advice, and encouragement, have fun!
