Do you know any good smoothie recipe?

It depends on what you like.  There are slightly bitter smoothies to overly sweet smoothies.  Try this ... http://www.smoothie-recipe.com/ ...I use them all the time.  I tend to prefer grabbing some fruit and juices I like and playing around with them sugar and/or yogurts until it tastes good to me.  Maybe I should start writing them down!

Heres really quick smoothie!

Just add a couple scoops of ice cream(what ever kind you like!I love chocolate).

and about 1/2 a cup of frozen mix berry's

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

1 teaspoon of sugar.

And blend for about 3 minutes.
