  1. www.starfall.com.  It's great.

  2. A great resource for teaching the young ones is by learning the proven Montessori methods.

  3. BBC

  4. My grandson's favorite is http://www.starfall.com

  5. I believe that you'll be able to find what your looking for @ this site:           http://funschool.kaboose.com

  6. Only if you are using the information yourself, I think small children learn better from interacting with humans, not machines, it is too much of a challenge to ask them to master working with a computer and then comprehending what is on the computer.  Whatever happen to old-fashioned play time where children work with their hands.  Learning to build, and balance themselves, children need interaction and physical interchange.  Forget computers, they have plenty of time for that.

  7. Go to http://www.starfall.com  click on the prereading one (with the block letters)  my son is three and absolutely loves that he can do this site without help from mom.  It also has learnign to read and reading games for older kids as well.

  8. www.linkonlearning.com is a great website for preschoolers.  It has learning games to engage kids in learning, an online recess area, a library with online auditory books and interactive learning activities, and an online classroom with lessons for each grade and level.  For example, Preschooler - advanced, or Preschooler intermediate.  Currently it goes all the way up to grade 8 and also offers online learning for students transitioning into high school.

  9. Try http://www.sproutonline.com/index.jsp

    or

    http://pbskids.org/go/

    or

    http://www.nickjr.com/

  10. you dont say how old your child is but anyway your childs time in front of the computer should be limited to no more than 15 min twice a day......any more and it will imped your child in its other areas of growth....less physical activity leads to obesity...and less drive to learn how to do other things and interacting with others...also leads (in several recent studies)to a variety of other issues...increases learning disablities including add/adhd...and lessens the childs attention span and drive to find answers themselves....(*like a lot of people who write these questions--Not meaning you)....and most of all it takes away the childs ultimate learning tool....PLAY!!!!

but some of the best sites include.....pbskids.org.....disneychanne... with some of the sites previously mentioned

  11. http://www.meddybemps.com/7.33.html - Great site! Many activities teach motor and computer skills, which is good because many elementary schools are using technology. Also a lot of creative things.

http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2... -This site has a lot of fun activities for the preschoolers. Focuses a lot on numbers and letters.

www.nickjr.com -Truly only usefull if the child watches Nick Jr. on the television, but is very fun and educational.

www.playhousedisney.com -Again only useful if the child watches the Playhouse Disney shows on Disney Channel. Also very cool.

  12. www.worksheetuniverse.com

    www.playhousedisney.com

    www.pbskids.org

    www.scholastic.com

    www.nationalgeographickids.com

  13. http://playhouse.go.com/v1/marketing/

  14. they are many websits but here are some nick jr,preschool.com, activities for preschools, preschools games, nogglin, that is all i know .bye

  15. Focus on the Family might have some --  @afamily.com.

  16. www.starfall.com

I have a four year old sister and she LOVES this one.  It teaches you basic phonics and other things.  Also, www.sproutletsgrow.com is a good one, along with www.noggin.com.  Noggin and Sprout aren't as education as 'starfall,' but they are more fun... But 'starfall' isn't boring for kids... It makes learning a little fun and easy I guess.
