Do you know any psychology games?

Do you know any games you can play with people using psychology? Like for example if you ask someone to pick a number between 1 and 4, tell them they picked 3, that is usually what they do. Same with 1 and 10, they usually pick seven. Do you know any other cool tricks you could use to wow people?
