Do you know any right-handed fighters who used an unorthodox (or southpaw) stance?

Several fighters come immediately to mind: Michael Moorer was the former heavyweight champion.  Marvin Hagler was the most successful.  I believe Paul Williams is naturally right handed too but I am at work and I can't look it up.

On the flip side, Oscar De la Hoya was a naturally left-handed fighter who boxed orthodox.  Same with Gerry Cooney.

marvin hagler was natural southpaw, who was forced to learn to fight orthodox early on in his career in order to get fights.

i believe the late ubaldo nestor sacco -- former jr welterweight champ -- was an orthodox who could switch to lefty.

lloyd honeyghan was a righty who could switch.

sergio mora is right handed, but switches sometimes.

simone maludrottu, who recently challenged for the bantamweight title, is a righty who can switch to southpaw.

Winky Wright - when you think about it, the choice may have hurt his career ultimately.  Stylistically it made him one of the toughest fighters of the era to deal with, with that hard right jab, and back-foot defense, but for those reasons he probably missed out on bigger paydays throughout his career - of course, there's no telling what type of fighter he would have been if he had an orthodox stance, maybe he would have had more KOs, or his defense would have been less effective; just something to think about.

Marvin Hagler- former middleweight champion and one of the best middleweights of all time.

Michael Moorer- former light heavyweight titleholder and former heavyweight champion.

Winky Wright- former junior middleweight champion and current middleweight contender.

Chad Dawson- one of the best light heavyweights in the game.

Manny Pacquiao- multiple division champion, and currently the best pound for pound fighter on the planet.
