there aree the Emily Giffin books-- Something Borrowed and Something Blue-- the first one is from the point of view of one of two best friends and she falls in love with her best friends fiance. and the second one is from the point of view of the other best friend. so u get to see two points of view. its pretty cool.

and i dont know about rich handsome kind and poor servant girl BUT Meg Cabot wrote old stories under the name Patricia Cabot like An Improper Proposal which is about this girl whos always been thought of as a tomboy and has always been in love with her brothers best friend whos really hot until one day he finally notices her. what else... Kiss the Bride is a good one. i really cant write good summaries so ure just gonna have to trust me and go check those books out. sounds like what youre looking for.
