  1. payment for deletion of bad marks off your credit report. Additionally, make them an offer IF yer on hard times & LET THEM KNOW yer financially short. let them know yer about 2 flie bankruptsy if they dont take yer offer.


  2. Really, credit card Comp. don't really want to hear a sob story...or any c**p...they could care less...credit card companies just want to make money off of you...  They are sick!  Sorry to say but: If you're approved, you're approved, if you're not, you're not!

  3. Hello Bonzaii. It is very hard to negotiate with creditors on your own. It goes along with the only a fool would represent himself in court. You are better off hiring a reputable debt settlement company to do this.

Be sure to ask for a pay to delete agreement.  I would also recommend not calling before the last 2 days of the month.  They are more willing to take a settlement at the end when they are at the end of the billing month than to get nothing at all.  So be prepared to do a lump sum electronic payment then and there, preferably with a debit or credit card.

    No guarantees, but the most they going to say is NO!
