Do you know any web site for cargo brokering for sea transpotation? or how do i find cargo for my vessel?

you should check with other 'brokers' some brokers have cargoes looking for a ship, others have ships looking for cargoes.  if you are serious then you would be 'networked' with other brokers and they would send you daily position reports for their ships or cargoes.  what type of ship do you have? handy-size panama max? geared? lets have some details!
