Do you know any web site that allow you to take a test to know how much english you know?

i am a foreigner living in a english speaking country,days ago one of my friends told me that my english sounds pretty bad, then i asked him from 0 to 10 what in what rate he would place me and he said "5" i wasn't happy about his answer so i asked another friend and he told me "9"..so now i want to know realy what my score may be..both of my friends are from here and they speak english only. Note: i went to a local church that teaches english as a second language but they told me that the teacher wasn't available to talk to me at the moment...sorry if i spelled any word wrongly..thank you
