yeah..website designing could be one heck of a trouble...but certainly i hope the following programs can help...

The most user friendly and basic program being Microsoft Frontpage..

if u have a little bit of knowledge in using Macromedia Flash , i would suggest using that or even a bit more advanced is Macromedia Dreamweaver.
