  1. If your asking "Can someone's appearence be enhanced or altered".  Yes  Photo Shop will do it for you.  It will take a learning curve to do it.  It does not have a make me skinny button but try it out.

    A free program is called GIMP.  I have not tried it but it has good reviews on CNET.  Link is attached below.
