i'm taking my friend to new york, and shes only been there a couple of times, and i want her to have a good time. do you know any places to eat that have a fun cute atmosphere? and were only 13 and 14...=]

Um...if you go to Times Square there are a million things to do. they literally have everything, from nice restaurants to fun things to do! have fun :)
