Do you know anyone that used Noni juice and it healed their ailment (arthritis, indigestion, aches, etc)?

my dad drank some and said his athritis pain went down alot. I'm thinking of getting alot more for him.

there is what is called the placebo effect, in which a person gets better because they think they are being treated(relieving their stress) also there the fact that correlation is not always causation. if your dad can't handle arthritis go to a real doctor and get some medication from them, those are based on actual experimental evidence.
