Well Im sure if they finished first or last, the point is that they finishied.  I don't see how they had a "lack of achievements" if they finished!!!   Why do you even care .....for all you know they might end up making more money than you.  Once you have your degree no one really looks at your grades. For all you know this underachiever knows more people than you and networking is the key to better jobs.
