  1. Hope Crossing is a Habitat for Humanity community under construction in Durham, North Carolina. The development will be a green community, the first such Habitat community of its kind in the state.  Each of the 32 homes will be built with sustainable construction practices and each will meet the Green Building Initiative standards.
