Sinop is the city which I was born in Turkey, I realized that there is another city in Brazil called Sinop. I read alot things about sinop on web.

Sinop (11.85° S 55.46° W) is a city in the Mato Grosso state of Brazil. The city was founded in 1974 and has become one of the most important cities in the state. The city has a population of 100,000 and lies 400 miles north of the state capital Cuiabá.

Maybe the city was founded by someone from Turkey, or maybe you should organize that the cities are twinned together.
