I would like to know around how much does a high school teacher earn a year or month doesn´t matter.

Well, first off, it's going to be a yearly salary (as are almost all professional jobs).

It really depends on what part of the country you're in, your district, how many years of experience you have, and how much education you have. If you are a first year teacher with a bachelor's degree, starting salary is usually somewhere between 24,000$ and 27,000$. Then it increases roughly about a thousand dollars a year after that until you "top out". (A teaching salary scale is both horizontal and vertical. With a BA/BS, after 10 years or so you "top out" meaning you can't get anymore raises without earning some college credits, moving you over to the next column.) First year with a master's degree is usually between 30,000$ and 32,000$, which also continues on about a thousand dollar increase each year until you "top out".

So, I would say an average teacher in their tenth year of teaching would probably be making between 35,000$ - 40,000$.

It really depends on where you work.  Here in Michigan, the teachers in the city of Detroit don't make much (maybe $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 a year on average), but the teachers who work in the more affluent neighborhoods average closer to $45,000.00 a year.
