my outer thighs are pretty strong because i walk a lot, and my calves are pretty good too...my inner thighs are just confusing...if i rise my leg, i can see the line that the inner muscle creates...but they are really flabby!! when i stand on one leg, i can see some lines created by the flabbyness...and the inner part is the only thing that shakes when i walk...what are good exercises i can do to tone them up?
