Yeah, I have to do it for dance comps.

Its not really "cool" more of a party trick. It takes a lot of practice to get it because it takes a lot disciple to put your heel on the ground.

ummm i guess people think it's cool.. but it is really easy. Just stand with both flat on the floor. Keep one foot flat as you drag it back and then lift your heel. Drag the other foot back (keeping it flat) and then as you lift your heel, flatten your other foot.
