  1. It's usually 35-45 dollars per hour - which is around 70,000 to 90,000 per year.

    However, after taxes that would come around to 60ish K.

    Anyways, if you want to head down the pharmacy route, you should have at least 1 yearsof experience in University in Bio I/ II, Chem I/ II, English I/ II, and you might need Physics I/ II.

    However, each Pharmacy school is different and the University of Toronto requires the PCAT for the 2009 admissions cycle - if you are applying by that time.

    Also, the University of Waterloo has a new Pharmacy school - but requires more credits in the upper division sciences to be considered.

    Remember to keep your GPA above 3.5 (which is some As and B+s in University).

    That's about it.

    P.S. It takes 6-years to become a Pharmacists and less than a year of internship, which is like CO-OP. Also, if you're in it for the money, don't! Life is too short to be rich and miserable.
