You're going about it all wrong.

If you have the same strength of desire about wanting to act and sing, that would be a better way to get things going. Why? Because that love, that passion is where your motivation will come from. And what's more, when times get tough and you have heard the word "no" for the 100th time or even worse, you don't hear anything back at all after an audition, you will need that passion to stick with it. Wanting to become famous can do that for you too, but it's very superficial. In the end, you can be famous like Lindsay Lohen or like Miley Cyrus or even Kira Knightly (not sure if her name is spelled correctly). Lindsay has received awards for "worst actress". BUT she is famous.

My advice is to build a base first of good solid acting talent. Some will have to be natural and the rest will come and develop with classes and training, over and over and over again.

To be honest, just apply for big brother/x factor/etc and give an awful audition, itll then be shown on tv at least.

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to become a model or an actress you will need an agent. To get an agent, you can go online and look up agencies in your area. They will either have contact info and their address on their website so you can send in your resume and picture or there will be a link on their website where you can apply online. After that, all you have to do is wait for their phone call or e-mail response. This is just how you start out. Also remember that legit agencies don't ask for your money until you get payed!!!!!
