all you have to do is know how to get on it so sit down on the are of a chair to get your feet in a good position then it is easy you jump just like on a zoingo boingo it will be hard at first but then you will get it hope you do well:D

I use to do it with no hands when I was a kid.

It's really easy. whenever i get on a pogo stick, i grip the handles tight, push my feet really hard against the bottom bit thingie and i haul my my body up and i just keep jumping from there. hope i helped!
