Practice .. practice.. practice

keep moving the chapati (clockwise or anticlockwise) while flattening it with roller pin... try for seven days and you will be an expert

Yes, it took me a while and lots of practice.  Now I can do it with no problem and I can make them REALLY thin as well.  I can make them really good. I think making chapattis is an art form that depends on practice.

Yes dear I know. I am a man of 47 and I have learnt it at the age of 10 from my mother.

I can make exact round roti which you can check with a compas. Als there is no scholl for teaching this art. Actualy its not such dificult task. You need to practice by making at least 250 chapatis.
