Do you know how to write SEO articles?

Question

When writing a SEO article with keywords and key phrases, how do you count the words? i.e. If the key phrase is "dog kennels" and another key word is "dog". If you have to use "dog kennels" once and "dog" twice, does the sentence, "I'm looking at dog kennels for my dog." fulfill the quota, or do you have to use dog again in another sentence?

When article writing about certain topics, you should use the keywords and phrases in the article, however, the word count is not necessary. Simply write articles that make sense and are readable. Also, when linking to those articles within your website and from out side of your website, use the desired keywords in your anchor text.

This is much more important than word count. Repeating the same words and phrases over and over again can look spammy to readers and search engines.

The best rule of thumb is to write it for humans first, search engines second because the thought process and the flow has to be there. If it looks like it is meant for SEO it won't hold as much value.

you want to use the words a few times but not too much and I know this sounds vague but depending on how lonthe article is you will simply have to use your judgement.
