Do you know if i have diabetes?

I was wondering if i hav diebietes because i have all the symptoms except for excessive weight loss....should i go see a doctor?

i have all these...

Frequent urination

Excessive thirst

Extreme hunger

Unusual weight loss

Increased fatigue

Irritability

Blurry vision
