I'm planing on buying watches from china and importanting them to canada is there any duty fees?

  1. Generally there is no duty on watch movements.  However I imagine you are likely importing complete watches (with the band, and not just the movement).  In this case, it would likely be 5% duties.  Maybe a little more depending on the type of watch you are purchasing.
