Do you know names of kings who start with the initials C. V. (especially from Belgium)?

Question

A friend will only tell me that C. V. are initials to a really odd name after a king most likely from Belgium. Any ideas?

Don't think he's from Belgium.

1934 - 1951 Leopold III

1951 - 1993 Baudoin I (ruled as Prince Royal from 1950 - 51)

1993 - Albert II

However there was a Charles V who was King of the Netherlands in the early 1500s. At that time Belgium was part of the Netherlands. Charles was also king of Spain, Austria and Germany.
