Do you know of a good amateur cooking class in France?

Question

My fiance and I are looking for a cooking class to enjoy during our honeymoon this summer in France.

Any suggestions for a group or private class - lasting anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days?

We're looking for one we could take either in Paris or while traveling in other parts of France. If you've taken one there, could you share its strengths or weaknesses, and approximate cost?

Any ideas, info or suggestions would be much appreciated, as would any links or contact info for the cooking school or teacher.

My mother and husband both took wonderful classes in Paris w/ Laurence Guarneri http://www.astucesettoursdemains.com

she is very popular and her classes are booked up quite a lot inadvance but her classes are fantastic

Also if you check Maisons de  la France (type cooking classes) and they should  provide you with specific addresses of farms etc where you can take a course in cuisine form the south etc

I did a quick Google serach and found a few below websites
