Do you know of a legit modeling agency?

"Everyone" says my daughter should be in modeling, but I know nothing about it or where to start. I don't want to pay big $ for classes etc.. if the people that have a say so don't think she should be in modeling. How do I know, Who do I contact for more info.? Web sites just seem to want you to join and pay $ and then what

if your daughter signs with an agency, the agency pays her. if you have to pay then you know its fake
