I'm tying to find an affordable way to produce some cards with gilded edges like the one at

My guess is that most printers can do but I would also tell you that you would have to order a lot of them. The process that is used to do this is simple but is labor intensive and requires more than just a few. They have to stack like pages in a book and then they can apply the gilding.
