Do you know of an intuitive online radio station?

I recently read in Men's Health about an online radio station where you give thumbs up or thumbs down to each song, and it eventually crafts playlists to your liking. Does anyone know what they were talking about or where I can find it?

Pandora. You create a station based on an artist/song you like, and it will pick out similar sounding artists/song. You thumbs up or thumbs down them to choose the kind of songs that stay in your playlist.
